Common questions
- Payments — permit fees are charged when your application is accepted; receipts appear in the app under the permit’s Fees tab.
- Account deletion — delete your account any time from Profile → Delete Account inside the app. Permit records filed with municipalities remain on public record as required by New Jersey law (N.J.A.C. 5:23-2.16A).
- Municipal contacts — every New Jersey municipality’s building department contact is listed in the app’s Municipality Directory.
